Job Responsibilities
I will be working at the Waidner-Spahr Library during the 2022-23 academic year under
Associate Director Information Literacy & Research Services Christine Bombaro and other librarians. How has Dickinson prepared you for life after graduation?
The
Career Center has been an incredibly helpful resource for me as I have applied for jobs for the first time. Workshops and one-on-one appointments have prepared me to write resumes and cover letters, network, and interview. I've also met and built a supportive network of faculty and other students who have provided me with advice and intellectual stimulation which should serve me well in the future.
What are you most anticipating about your career or post-graduate pursuits?
I do plan to return to school at some point for a graduate degree, but not until I take some time to determine what my long term goals are. I'm looking forward to my work at Waidner-Spahr, and I hope that it will provide me with some clarity in terms of whether I want to pursue a library career further.
