Heidi Beardsley, Data Analytics Major
Heidi Beardsley '25 is a dedicated student at Dickinson College, pursuing a major in Data Analytics. Heidi is a member of the Hypnotic Dance Group, Dance Theater Group, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, and the Data Analytics Majors Committee. She also worked as a Data Analyst intern at the Center for Sustainability Education from fall 2022 to spring 2023, which is where her passion for sustainability began. Her contributions earned her recognition as a 2023 Campus Sustainability Champion, awarded by the Pennsylvania Environmental Resource Consortium. Heidi previously worked as a Dana Research Assistant in the economics department and has volunteered with Dickinson College Admissions.
Heidi’s research on climate resilience and its impact on health and wellbeing in Cumberland County for the Baird Honors Practicum earned her the Waidner-Spahr Library Research Prize for Sophomores or Juniors. Heidi's passion lies in utilizing her data analysis skills to address complex issues such as climate change. With an interest in sustainability and public health, she envisions a future dedicated to making a positive impact on the climate crisis.
