My experience at Dickinson has profoundly prepared me for life after graduation through our emphasis on a liberal arts education, study abroad programs, communication skills and adaptability. The diverse catalog of courses has allowed me to focus on my career aspirations while still being able to learn about the most niche topics. The amount of extracurricular collaborative projects I have participated in improved my teamwork and leadership skills and built a strong network with peers and faculty. Additionally, the college's focus on experiential learning, including internships and research opportunities, allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, particularly in my career within commercial real estate. This combination of academic rigor and practical experience has equipped me with the skills and confidence needed to navigate my career path successfully.
