Duckling (Infant) Room

A picture of the Ducklings (infant) Room at Dickinson College Children's Center

In the Duckling room, our highly skilled teachers will work closely with you to get to know your child. Your child will be nurtured and made to feel safe and secure. The Infant Room has a flexible, but "on-demand" schedule to meet the individual needs of each infant. The curriculum revolves around the basic care routines, with stories, songs, free play and outdoor play incorporated throughout the course of the day. We will also develop individualized learning so that through singing, reading, talking, playing and cuddling, your infant will grow into a well-adjusted toddler.
