Student Accounts

Welcome to the Student Accounts Office of the Finance & Administration Division. Please navigate the menu links listed below to learn more about services offered and find important information related to your student's account. Students with access to the Dickinson Gateway  can view their monthly invoice for tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges. With this resource, students can print the invoice or send it as a PDF file attachment by email to anyone. Check out the Student Resources tab on the Gateway for more information on the e-billing channel.

NEW! We are excited to announce that we are going paperless!  The Student Accounts Office will stop producing paper bills after the 2014-15 fiscal year.  Students have had the ability to view and pay bills online, as well as review financial-aid information, and now they have the ability to assign Proxy Access to a parent/guardian of their choosing.  That proxy will be able to pay bills in real time and view whatever financial information the student selects; but the student's private information, including grades, transcripts and emails, will remain hidden.  Visit Proxy Access to learn more and complete the process today.

Once you have established your account for access to your student's financial information, please use this Direct Proxy Login link for easy access.  Please have your email address and PIN number available.

If you have questions or concerns regarding proxy access, please email proxy_access@dickinson.edu  or dial 717-245-1953.

You can reach members of the student accounts team at 717-245-1953 or stuaccts@dickinson.edu.
