Office of Budget and Grants Management

Welcome to the Budget Office. Our purpose is to provide prompt and accurate budgetary and financial support services to the college by participating in the creation and execution of the budget planning process. Using the budget planning process, the budget office has the responsibility to distribute resources based upon a unified effort among the campus organizations to formulate the needs for their area. The budget office has a responsibility of being thorough with the planning process so that the college is as effective and efficient as possible with its resources. The budget office has to assure that the budget is developed with the college’s overall mission in mind and will assist with each organizations’ goals to support this mission. Some of our duties consist of monitoring organizations’ operating budgets, supporting budget officers or proxies in the implementation of their responsibilities with training and support, and forecasting the financial status of the college.
