Best thing about my major:
It allows me to be around people who have similar career aspirations as me. I am also able to network and learn from individuals who are in high corporate positions, which keeps me motivated and inspired.
Best thing about my Dickinson experience:
The opportunities and programs at Dickinson are unmatched. If you want to get something done, there are always people who are willing to support you on your journey.
If I could have dinner with anyone, living or dead, it would be …
… Malcom X.
About my internships:
I had two internships this past semester. One was a commercial real-estate internship through Project Destined, where I was able to learn about the ins and outs of real estate and work together with a team in order to present pitches to investors. My other internship was at the United Way of Carlisle, where I was able to become more aware of the major issues that are going on in the Carlisle community, and what steps can be taken to overcome these issues.
Favorite off-campus spot:
Most important thing I’ve learned so far:
Learn to give yourself credit.
Work at Goldman Sachs.
Advice for younger students:
Ask questions! It is better to ask for help than to do things aimlessly.
