Human Resource Services offers a variety of programs to offer balance critical to the health and vitality of all employees. Programs offered to employees include:

  • financial counseling sessions provided by TIAA-CREF and Fidelity
  • financial workshops offered on a variety of topics including life insurance, long-term care, retirement planning, and college funding
  • Health Advocate services available to all full-time employees for assistance with health and medical issues
  • Employee Assistance Program available to all full-time and part-time employees for assistance resolving issues
  • workshops to support employees who are assisting their children in the college selection process
  • the annual celebrations held each year to honor the college’s employees and show our apprecation for all the contributions, dedication and work of our employees
  • community service events including the United Way Day of Caring
