Our department helps foster individual growth and oversees campus training and development, organizational development, recruitment and employment, performance management, employee relations and compensation and benefits. Staff Forum
The Staff Forum promotes a positive workplace through building community with open communication, staff recognition and appreciation events. Designed to foster increased communication and engagement among employees, the group meets regularly for discussion on topics which are identified by the members themselves.
