Campus-wide Wellness Challenges take place each fall and spring, and they’re open to all faculty, students, and staff! These seasonal programs are designed to help you boost your fitness, support your well‑being, and build healthy habits—one week at a time. Each challenge cycle features a variety of wellness‑focused activities, from movement and fitness opportunities to mindfulness practices and special programs that highlight resources across campus and throughout Carlisle.
Whether you're aiming to get more active, explore new wellness tools, or simply prioritize self‑care, there’s something for everyone. Updates will be shared within the challenge's webpage, as well as through Dickinson Today, Vitality, and the Wellness Challenges Team on Microsoft Teams. We can’t wait to support your fall and spring wellness journeys!
Sunday, March 15, through Saturday, April 25
This 6-Week Wellness Challenge is designed to help you move more, feel better, engage with co-workers, and have fun along the way. Each week, participants will submit their total activity minutes using a simple online form.
