wellness@dickinson is the holistic health and wellness program brandCampus-wide Wellness Challenges take place each fall and spring, and they’re open to all faculty, students, and staff! These seasonal programs are designed to help you boost your fitness, support your well‑being, and build healthy habits—one week at a time. Each challenge cycle features a variety of wellness‑focused activities, from movement and fitness opportunities to mindfulness practices and special programs that highlight resources across campus and throughout Carlisle.
