Sunday, October 25, through Saturday, November 21
As the days grow shorter and the leaves begin to change, it's the perfect time to focus on your well-being. We invite you to participate in our Fall Into Wellness Challenge, a four-week journey designed to help you build healthy habits, boost your energy, manage stress, and prioritize self-care.
Each week features a seasonal wellness theme and activities in four wellness categories:
- Physical Fitness
- Nutrition
- Stress Management
- Self-Care
Whether you're just getting started or already have an established wellness routine, you can choose from Beginner and Advanced activity options each week. Complete activities, earn points, and celebrate your progress as we move through the fall season together.
Remember, wellness isn't about perfection. It's about making intentional choices that help you feel your best. We encourage everyone to participate, challenge themselves, and most importantly, have fun!
