Attire
Recommended dress for receptions and dinners is dressy casual. Dress for the remainder of the weekend’s events is casual.
Check-in/Checkout
Upon your arrival to campus, please pick up your registration materials, including nametags, schedules and keys/swipe cards. Registration will be held in the Waidner-Spahr Library.
Late Arrivals
If you will be arriving after 5 p.m. on Thursday night, after 10 p.m. on Friday night or after 7 p.m. on Saturday night, please call the Office of Alumni Engagement ahead of time so special arrangements can be made. Keys are unavailable for pickup from midnight to 8 a.m., Thursday through Sunday.
Checkout
All rooms must be vacated by noon on Sunday, and keys and swipe cards must be returned to Waidner-Spahr Library, or your deposit will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
Class Reunions/Golden Alumni
Class Reunion Dinners
Reservations for Saturday night’s reunion dinners will be taken on a space-available basis. You may register at www.dickinson.edu/alumniweekend no later than May 31.
Class Reunion Lounges
Reconnect with classmates when you return to campus by finding your assigned Reunion Lounge. Lounge locations will be posted on class webpages.
Golden Alumni
Golden Alumni are those who are celebrating their 51st or higher reunion. Members of this group are guests of the college at the luncheon on Saturday. Reserved parking for Golden Alumni is in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter (ATS) Auditorium parking lot.
Computer Access
Public computers with Wi-Fi access are available in the Holland Union Building (HUB) and the Waidner-Spahr Library. Wi-Fi instructions will be available at check-in.
Emergency Information
If an emergency arises, family and friends may contact the Department of Public Safety at 717-245-1349. They are open 24 hours a day. To assist family and friends in locating you, make sure they know your class year. The public safety office is in Kaufman Hall on the corner of W. Louther and Cherry streets. Blue-light telephones are located around campus with direct access to public safety.
Housing
Off-campus Housing

On-campus Housing
Dorm rooms are functional but offer minimal amenities. We will guarantee rooms on campus for alumni who preregister. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a $100 charge for each key and a $10 charge for each swipe card that is not returned. Swipe cards are used to access class lounge spaces and residence halls after hours. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover will be accepted. Checkout time is noon on Sunday.
Bed linens, towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets are provided for each guest but are not replenished daily. All provided linens must remain in the room following checkout. Guests will be charged for any missing linens. If you desire other amenities such as lamps, nightlights, clothes hangers, hair dryers, irons or wastebaskets, please bring them with you. Shared bathrooms will be designated for men and women. Gender-neutral bathrooms are available upon request. Personal toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc., are not provided.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in any campus facility. Smoking in residence halls will result in a penalty fee. In the case of an emergency, the Department of Public Safety is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at 717-245-1349.

Refunds
Cancellations will be accepted with full refund until June 1 at 5 p.m. EDT. You must contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 717-245-1373 or alumwknd@dickinson.edu to cancel and request a refund.
Recreation
The Kline Center and Fitness Center will be open throughout the weekend. To access the facilities, please show your Alumni Weekend name tag to the Kline Center staff.
Pets
No pets are allowed on campus. Please leave your furry friends at home.
Transportation
The Office of Alumni Engagement is unable to provide rides to or from campus for the weekend. However, we are happy to offer resources and assistance as alumni make their traveling plans.
