Health Advocate is available to our full-time employees and is an independent organization which will provide services to you, your children, your spouse, your parents and your spouse's parents. Employee Assistance Program
Daily living requires dealing with personal problems. Usually people can solve problems on their own, but sometimes the problem persists despite a person's best effort to resolve them. The EAP is available to all full-time and part-time employees and immediate family members who are eligible for medical benefits.
Tuition benefits are available to the employee, spouse, and all dependent children under age 24 of any full-time member of the Dickinson staff. Learn more about the tuition benefit option details!
The Dickinson college homebuyer assistance program assists eligible employees with the purchase of a single, two- or three- family home within 25-mile radius of Dickinson college by providing a forgiveness loan of up to $2,500 for closing costs and down-payment assistance. The program also provides a deferred payment loan of up to $7,500 for additional down-payment and closing cost assistance.
