Today, we stand on the edge of the future, ready to take on critical initiatives that will enable our college to live up to its promise.
With all of us working together, we can make that happen. Below are ways that you can take a leadership role in moving Dickinson to the next level of success.
John Dickinson Society
The John Dickinson Society is Dickinson's premier donor group, honoring those who demonstrate outstanding leadership in support of the college. The annual support by these alumni, parents and friends has helped build new facilities, establish and advance academic programs, fund vital research, sustain first-rate faculty, support operations and empower hundreds of students to pursue and achieve their dreams.
Dr. Benjamin Rush founded Dickinson College to prepare students to be leaders in the newly chartered United States. Rush’s vision for education was not only about acquiring liberal knowledge, but more importantly how to use this knowledge to advance society in a rapidly changing world. Members of the Founders’ Society of Dickinson College join with these esteemed benefactors in upholding the ideals that established both our college and our nation.
