What are some of the defining moments of your Dickinson experience?

Being given the opportunity to study abroad for an entire academic year was an incredible experience that pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. When I arrived in France, I was unable to communicate effectively with my peers and professors, and I felt like I had made a serious mistake. As the year progressed and I watched the group from the fall depart and the spring group arrive, Toulouse became a second home and my French (slowly but surely) started to come along. By the time I left in May, I felt at home in Toulouse and with the people I met there. Upon my return to Dickinson, I knew that I was going to go back to France without question and began searching for graduate programs that interested me in based off of my INBM experience.
