Tony Boston arrived at Dickinson in October 2022. He's an experienced diversity officer and equity advocate who will lead the college's diversity efforts as vice president and chief diversity officer. In addition to his interview below, Boston also shared more about himself and his vision for his leadership position in a special Q&A.
