Eligible employees may be entitled to unpaid family or medical leave pursuant to this policy if they have been employed at the college in a full-time position for 12 months preceding the birth or adoption of a child based on the outlined guidelines of the policy.
In cases where an employee’s own illness or injury requires an absence of more than five consecutive days and a physician certifies the period of disability, he or she may be eligible for short-term disability (STD) assistance. Click to see the Employee Handbook to learn more.
Non-exempt staff may complete this online form to donate one or more vacation days to participate in the Sick Leave Bank. A network username and password are required to access, complete and submit the form online.
