FAQ

REGISTRATION

When can I register?

Registration was open from August 16 to September 29. If you did not pre-register for the event but still plan to attend, you may register as a walk-in upon arrival. You will need a credit card.

Are spouses and children welcome to attend?

While you are welcome to bring your significant other for the weekend, Friday and Saturday evening’s festivities are for Delta Nu alumnae and current Delta Nu sisters only due to space availability.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

What are the regulations surrounding COVID-19?

Dickinson’s home county, Cumberland County, currently is experiencing substantial transmission of COVID-19. Per CDC guidelines, Dickinson is requiring masks to be worn in all campus buildings (unless actively eating and drinking) and outdoors when social distancing is not possible, even for vaccinated individuals. Additionally, the 50th planning committee is requiring all participants to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (within 72 hours of your first weekend event attended). If you are not fully vaccinated (14 days following the second shot of Moderna or Pfizer, or 14 days following the sole shot of J&J), proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required by the committee.

We, the planning committee, believe this policy will provide the best case scenario for all attendees – not only current sisters, but those alumnae who may be immunocompromised, have at home/work with young children and for those who care for the immunocompromised. Thank you for respecting your fellow attendees and the fully-vaccinated Dickinson community.

How do I show proof of vaccination?

In advance of the weekend, please upload your proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test by following this link: https://www.dickinson.edu/xfp/form/377

Otherwise, you must show your vaccination card or proof of a negative COVID-19 test at registration on Friday, October 8 or Saturday, October 9. COVID-19 tests must be taken within 72 hours of the first weekend event attended. If you are not fully vaccinated, you will need to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
