Kick off the summit with a reception with President Margee Ensign at her home. Participate in a fireside chat with President Ensign as she discusses her path, shares thoughts on female leadership and outlines the skills needed for the next generation.

Dickinson is thrilled to welcome Rachel Hutchisson ’89 as our keynote speaker. Rachel has more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of business and social good. She believes “good is for everyone,” and teaches companies to embrace human social responsibility.

Kirsten Nixa Sabia ’92, VP of Integrated Communications for the PGA TOUR, will share tales of the office—the good, the bad and the ugly. Her perspective as a woman in the male sports world will highlight everything from dress codes to generational leadership to allowing passion to become your purpose.

Salary Negotiation: Why is negotiation so important? AAUW’s research on the gender pay gap shows that, one year out of college, women are already paid significantly less than men. Women who work full time take home 80 cents for every dollar a full-time male worker is paid. Over a lifetime, those lost potential earnings add up.
