Jadu is the CMS (Content Management System) that Dickinson College utilizes to manage our website. All faculty, staff and students interested in managing their department's web presence within Jadu will need to attend a training session held by a member of the Online Marketing team. To schedule a Jadu training session, please submit a HelpDesk ticket to helpdesk@dickinson.edu and a member of Online Marketing will reach out to discuss a time when said session can be held.
Online Marketing offers two levels of training within the Jadu system:
- Jadu basics and document page training (required): This training will take approximately 30-45 minutes and cover basics of the system as well as simple text/image-based pages (these make up the large majority of the website). All employees and student employees must attend at least this level of training to be given access to the system.
- Homepage training (optional): This training will run an additional 15-20 minutes and cover our more complex widget-based pages.
