Class in the Max Kade Institute of German Cultural Studies.
What elements from your Dickinson experience had the biggest impact on your time in college?
Dickinson's faculty are very encouraging of students looking into and spending time on what they are passionate about. Professor Sarah McGaughey in the German department supervised me on what was essentially a year-long passion project through an independent study on a book of German feminist literary theory because she knew how interested I was in doing the project and was incredibly encouraging throughout the entire process.

What elements from your Dickinson experience had the biggest impact on your time in college?
The study abroad programs at Dickinson are extremely impactful and have shaped my experience at Dickinson, as well as everything I plan to do after. Studying abroad changed the way I looked at both of my majors and transformed my social life and the people I'm close with now.

What elements from your Dickinson experience had the biggest impact on your time in college?
I will forever be grateful for the many professors who mentored me throughout my time at Dickinson. Whether providing support while choosing a major, preparing for study abroad or beginning the job/fellowship search, they have provided me invaluable support. I have always had the utmost respect for educators, but the professors I have had at Dickinson have shaped my life in ways I cannot fully explain. I will always be thankful for the impact they've had on me.
