Students and alums from a 50-year span reflect on Jewish life, Judaic studies at Dickinson
To help celebrate recent milestone anniversaries for Dickinson’s Judaic studies program (50th), Milton B. Asbell Center for Jewish Life (20th) and the Sophia Ava Asbell Chair in Judaic Studies (18th), alumni and students recently reflected on what Jewish life at Dickinson is all about.
"My Jewish life experience at Dickinson really taught me how to be a leader," says Sam Halpern '23, who now works in advocacy for the American Jewish Committee. "[It] paved the path for me."
