The open enrollment period for the fiscal year 2023-2024 is now CLOSED! Benefit and retirement enrollment information was available via Self Service Banner from Tuesday, May 9 through Wednesday, May 24.
Current insurance benefits, retirement amounts, and annual giving contributions will continue into 2023-2024 if no changes are made; however, flexible spending accounts require an active re-enrollment each year.
Employees are encouraged to review the detailed information on this site, as well as all instructions, prior to logging into Self Service Banner. Please be advised that ALL changes will be effective July 1, 2023.
- Log into the Gateway
- Click on the SSB icon
- Select Employee Dashboard
- Expand the ‘Benefits’ information section by clicking somewhere in that section
- Select the blue ‘Open Enrollment’ button on the far right of that section
Benefit Information Sessions
Representatives from Optum Rx and Alera will be on campus on Thursday, May 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Holland Union Building (HUB) side rooms 201-202 to assist employees with questions regarding the transition to Optum Rx and any letters employees received from Optum, as well as general benefit questions.
Benefit information sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. All other times will be available for one-on-one consultations, no appointment necessary.
