I work with students from New York City (all five boroughs) and Long Island, and I’m looking forward to connecting with you!

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Hershey, PA, which fostered my love of chocolate, amusement parks and PA falls! I attended Franklin & Marshall College, where I earned a bachelor of arts degree in business, with a French minor. From there, I moved south and pursued a master’s of accounting degree from Wake Forest University. I worked at one of the Big 4 accounting firms before I made the switch to higher education, and I haven’t looked back.

WHY COLLEGE ADMISSIONS

I absolutely love working in admissions, because I believe so strongly in the power of education, especially a liberal arts education. There are opportunities for every type of student on a liberal arts campus, and I love that I’m able to help students find those opportunities. Additionally, I enjoy knowing that no day will ever be the same for me, whether it’s my daily tasks or through the new people I get to interact with. The energy of high school seniors and their families is infectious. It makes me want to do the best that I can to help the students I work with find the institution that will be their home for the next four years.

WHY DICKINSON

What stood out to me first about Dickinson is how genuine and passionate the community is. But once I was able to dig beneath the surface, the things that I love most about the college are the unbridled opportunities available for students. Whether that be studying abroad, an internship or taking part in a collaborative research project, Dickinson has the resources and support systems in place to help students reach their goals while providing an excellent liberal arts education.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

  1. Favorite restaurant in Carlisle: It’s so hard to choose! I’m such a foodie, and Carlisle has a great restaurant scene! I would say my mind immediately jumps to Pizza Grille, Issei Noodle and Café Bruges, but you really can’t go wrong.
  2. Favorite vacation spot: Hilton Head Island, SC. I’ve gone there almost every single year since I was born!
  3. Favorite music: I love 90s/00s punk rock and British pop music
  4. Hobbies: Playing tennis, cooking/baking, knitting sweaters and reading YA novels.
  5. If I went to Dickinson, I would’ve: studied abroad at Dickinson in Oxford. I visited Oxford in 2015 and fell in love with the city! I still have cravings for scones and clotted cream. I can’t imagine a better way to live and learn than through one of the “Dickinson In” programs.
