Cohort Scholarships

People and Places

Dickinson recently launched a new scholarship model that allows donors to provide scholarships to students based on their region or some other special affinity. The first cohort scholarship was established by Jennifer Ward Reynolds '77 and her husband, George.

The Reynolds Leadership Scholar Program offers a four-year, $200,000 scholarship to students who reside in or attend school in Maryland, Jennifer’s home state. In addition to the scholarship funds, Reynolds Scholars will also have unprecedented access to insightful leaders who will offer mentorship and career development opportunities.

Cohort scholarships have the power not only to help deserving students become Dickinsonians but also to enhance the college’s recruiting efforts in select areas and demographics.

If you would like to explore establishing an endowed fund supporting a cohort scholarship, please call 800-543-3809 or email giving@dickinson.edu.
