Join fellow Dickinsonians for a day of service, giving back to a wonderful Boston organization: Cradles to Crayons.
Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12 who are living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school and at play. Our Dickinson group will be volunteering in the Cradles to Crayons warehouse, helping to quality-check, sort and package donations that will ultimately be distributed to the children Cradles serve. Volunteers are the engine for the nonprofit, which would not be able to fulfill its mission of helping children in need without the help of volunteer groups like ours. Each volunteer is asked to bring an item from Cradles to Crayons’ list of most-needed items. For more information about the event, check the volunteer resources page. Space is limited.
