Join us for a ceremony and reception honoring LGBTQ+ identified graduating seniors!
Recognizing the challenging road to graduation that many students in the LGBTQQIA+ community and their allies face, the ceremony gives graduating students, family, friends, faculty, administrators, peers, allies and significant supporters the opportunity to holistically embrace each student at the conclusion of their undergraduate journey. The ceremony includes time to thank significant supporters and a time to celebrate the achievements of each graduate. As part of the ceremony, graduates receive a rainbow symbol from Dickinson and a certificate honoring their resiliency and courage. We will be joined by guest alumna speaker, Mary Beth Spirk '81. (6-7 p.m. ceremony; 7-8:30 p.m. reception).
