Are you interested in submitting a poster and presenting at the 2027 Experiential Learning Showcase (ELS) on Thursday, February 25, 2027?
Come to this open session, which will walk you through the process of reflecting on your experience, forming groups with other students, and submitting a proposal to be considered. All students and student supervisors invited to attend!

Timeline for Spring 2027
October 1, 2026: Proposal opens
October 22, 2026, 12-1pm: ELS Open Session offered, where participants can workshop their ideas and form teams to present
November 20, 2026: Deadline to submit 50-word abstracts and draft posters (including a title and bullet points for the three sections)
December 11, 2026: Accepted proposals announced
January 25-29, 2027: Open Feedback Sessions to consult on poster drafts
February 5, 2027: Final posters due to print
February 11, 2027, 12-1pm: Open Sessions to prepare talks for ELS
Thursday, February 25th, 2027 12-1:30pm: Presentations at the Experiential Learning Showcase
