Sudden cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, and immediate hands-only CPR can make the difference between life and death. Stop by our interactive tabling event as part of Sudden Cardiac Awareness Month to learn the basics of hands-only CPR and discover how a few simple skills can help you respond confidently in an emergency and potentially save someone’s life.
Led by Dickinson student Anna Aaron '28, an EMT and American Red Cross Certified CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, this hands-on experience will give you a chance to practice lifesaving techniques, ask questions, and learn more about sudden cardiac arrest.
Interested in taking your training a step further? We'll also be collecting interest from students who would like to pursue a full CPR/First Aid/AED certification course in February.
