The community is invited to celebrate Earth Day with an educational walk along the Letort Nature Trail during “Earth Day at the Letort.”
The free event will begin at Letort Park, 260 East Pomfret Street, in Carlisle. The event is rain or shine.
Participants will learn about stormwater management, local ecology, native and invasive plant identification, macroinvertebrates, fly fishing, and more. Educational stations along the trail will provide hands-on learning opportunities and insights into the ecology and land management of the Letort Spring Run area.
Hosted by Ornithology Club.
