The Department of Theatre & Dance presents Tony Kushner’s 1993 Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning play Nov. 1 and 2 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 3 at 2 p.m.

Directed by Karen Lordi-Kirkham with guest designers Trui Malten and Jojo Siu, Millennium is part one of two Angels in America pieces that portray the intersecting stories of a diverse group of Americans during the early days of the AIDS epidemic. Considered one of the most pivotal dramas of the 20th century, it weaves political, social, religious, cultural and historical themes and culminates in a message of love and hope for the future that's as relevant today as when it was written.

CONTENT ADVISORY: This play contains mature language, racial and ableist slurs, references to explicit sexual situations and depictions of violence, illness and death.
