Dr. Elavie Ndura will conduct a 2-hour interactive workshop, Conversations Worth Having: Building Community Through Dialogue.
In her work with the International Peace Research Association, Dr. Ndura specializes in academic program building for inclusive excellence, cultural competency development, and curriculum design for equity and justice. Her workshop will focus on how to build healthy community practices that acknowledge structural inequality, while striving for justice.
