Gina has worked for J.P. Morgan since 1989, and is a Managing Director, and currently serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs. Over her long tenure at J.P. Morgan, she has held numerous roles in Human Resources including Recruiting, Compensation, HR Business Advisor, Head of HR for the Investment Bank, and post the financial crisis, in Regulatory Affairs where she works closely with regulators globally. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Boston College, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. This is not a recruiting event. Gina's focus is to teach students about the industry and provide advice. All class years can attend.
