Dickinson's spin class is 45 minutes to an hour of a full body workout.
Dickinson's spin class is 45 minutes to an hour of a full body workout. It challenges riders to push themselves and have fun while doing so. This full-body workout is combined with rhythm based choreography to aid riders in properly engaging their core, legs, and glutes. We encourage riders to dig deep and surprise themselves of their strength, both physically and mentally. This class welcomes people of all fitness levels!
