Join trainers, coaches, and staff from the Athletics department for a drop-in clinic on a variety of bodily wellness topics.  We'll have conversations, activities, tips and techniques for improving strength, agility, nutrition, and athletic performance tailored to your needs.  Bring us your questions and your goals, whether you are looking to improve your club sports performance or just want to not feel so stiff getting out of bed in the morning!  Open to all members of our campus community.
