Founded in 2016, '57 Chocolate is a Ghanaian women-owned luxury chocolate brand that evokes 1957— Ghana's independence.
Its mission is to revive Ghana’s cocoa industry and encourage people to transform natural resources and manufacture high-quality products. Co-founders, Kimberly Addison and Priscilla Addison ’09 will share their story about creating a uniquely African, global chocolate brand and take you on a journey about how they make their chocolate from the cocoa bean to the bar.
There will be a watch party in Biddle 102 where students will have the opportunity to sample ’57 Chocolate. Space is limited. Students must register on EngageD to attend the watch party. No need to register, if you plan to join us on Zoom.
