The Black Girl Chronicles (BGC) Discussion Group stems from the Black Girl Chronicles Conference, hosted by Hope Station and supported by Dickinson College students and the Popel Shaw Center for Race & Ethnicity. The BGC Discussion Group will meet monthly on the Dickinson campus, offering a space for identifying Black women Dickinson students as well as invited young identifying Black women from the Carlisle community. Discussion topics will be selected by the group and will be relevant to academic, professional, and social life experiences of Black women. And, of course, refreshments will be available.
