Zumba is perfect for anybody and EVERY body, mixing both high and low intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning, dance fitness party! We will tour the world using music and dance as our guides. Let’s take the “work” out of “workout” and combine all elements of cardio, muscle conditioning, coordination, balance, and flexibility, while experiencing boosted energy and FUN that Zumba is known for.
