This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. 

Pilates is a non-impact, full-body workout. These classes will improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance in the entire body. The practice puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. This style of Pilates is a blend of resistance training and floor-barre work to challenge and condition the body, all while being down on a mat.
