Come for an upbeat and fun fitness experience on our spin bikes!
Dickinson’s spin class is 45 minutes of high-intensity cardio and strength training. This full body workout is combined with rhythm-based choreography to aid riders in properly engaging their abdominal/core. An arm series with light weights is included in the class. Somatic coaching empowers the riders to dig deep and surprise themselves of their strength, both physically and mentally. It is a vibrant environment filled with high energy. The class welcomes people of all fitness levels!
