Registration is open!
Our on-campus flu vaccines are ONLY offered to adults (employee and students) at this time. We do not carry flu vaccine supplies for children. Registration is open! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to offer students and employees living and/or working on-campus first preference for receiving the on-campus flu shots.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR FLU VACCINATION. Click here to enroll and sign-up. Please remember that you must enroll and then click the "SIGN-UP" button at the bottom of the selected appointment page. If you did not click the "sign-up" button, you are not registered.
Face coverings are required to be worn during your visit to campus for your flu vaccine appointment.
2021 Flu Vaccine Clinic Participation Forms are required to be completed by all participants. Please click the link in Totara for employee or student status, download and complete the form and bring it with you to your scheduled flu vaccine appointment.
