Interested in becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister?
Big Brother Big Sister (BBBS) is a mentorship program which provides an opportunity for Dickinsonians to mentor Carlisle elementary school students. Prospective volunteers (“Bigs”) are interviewed and matched with a “Little.” Pairs will meet on a weekly basis at school to share a meal, play games, work on homework, or just talk. During the fall semester, pairs will be meeting each week virtually through a downloadable app and attend special activities twice per month. Especially now as we battle unprecedented circumstances, kids are in need of a support system and someone to look up to. Help us make a difference in a child’s life.
Join us for this info session with staff from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capitol Region to learn more about becoming a Big!
