Engage in mind-body techniques for calming anxiety.
Feeling anxious in these unpredictable times and struggling to practice focus and calm? Has it been difficult to interrupt worrying and be present? This group will meet weekly to engage in mind-body techniques for calming anxiety. Each meeting will begin with deep breathing and then focus on a relaxation exercise, a mindfulness technique, or a guided visualization. The group will meet weekly through Zoom on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. Beginners welcome.
