This Food Studies Common Hour will feature Fall semester course FDST250 "Food and Energy in Israel and the United States" which had a Globally Integrated Program in Israel in January 2020. The course was co-taught by Jenn Halpin and Matt Steiman. Come learn about Israel's sustainability efforts, agricultural techniques, and much more! Bring your own lunch but snacks will be provided. Free and open to everybody, the program is sponsored by the Food Studies Certificate and the Dickinson Farm.
