Mr. Steven L. Skalak ’77, P’07, retired CPA/advisory services partner, forensic services at PwC, has 35 years of experience in being evaluated and delivering evaluations to his partners and staff. He will discuss his view of performance evaluation and how it has changed over the years to be a significantly more interactive process; in his view, this creates a lot of opportunity to shape one's career path. He'll also discuss some of the important considerations in undertaking an international job posting, drawing on his experience as an international business leader who transferred to China and convinced fellow professionals to move to many different parts of the world.
