Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Tom ’78 and Judianne Hare P’22, P’25, Dickinson has unveiled the Hare Family Sports Performance & Training Center—along with new professional-grade fields for men’s and women’s soccer as well as endowments for soccer, baseball and softball—marking a transformational moment for Red Devil athletics.

“This is something that will stand in tribute to Tom and Judianne for years to come,” said President John E. Jones III ’77, P’11. “Future athletes will enjoy the benefit of these remarkable facilities.”

Director of Athletics Celine Cunningham added, “Their belief in the power of athletics and in our student-athletes has made a lasting impact on Dickinson—creating opportunities, strengthening programs and inspiring us all to dream just a little bit bigger.”

The Hares’ gift represents the second largest investment ever in Dickinson athletics, further enhancing the college’s commitment to excellence, performance and community.
