Project Wave, a newly established club at Dickinson, is sponsoring Mental Health Awareness Week, April 15-20. This initiative fosters mental health awareness, education and support across campus.
Project Wave is joining forces with different departments to highlight the importance of mental well-being. Mental Health Awareness Week promises a range of activities, from mindfulness meditation to art therapy sessions, to encourage students to take care of their mental health, engage in meaningful discussions and find community support. Check out @projectwave_dson on Instagram for event details, and head to EngageD to register.
