Change A Life, Change the World

Thanks to support through Dickinson scholarships, Peter Guma ’24 (mathematics, Russian) is a Dean’s List student who studied abroad at the University of East Anglia, U.K. He’s also a gold medalist in Russian language (Western Pennsylvania Olympiada of Spoken Russian) who’s involved with Dickinson’s Russian Club, Gaming Club and the Math & Computer Science Club. He worked as an RA for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth in summer 2022 and gained valuable insights by interviewing alumni from across the country and around the world through Dickinson’s Presidential Fellows program, and he works as a math teaching assistant and as a quantitative-reasoning tutor.
