2022-23 Report on Giving
Thank you to the 6,465 alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff and students who have supported the college with a gift this year. Together, you raised $20,050,057 this year to make Dickinson’s world-class liberal-arts education possible.
“Dickinson’s philanthropy program has much to celebrate from the past year thanks to your partnership and support. We increased the total number of donors for the third year in a row, surpassed 1,000 members of the John Dickinson Society, welcomed 1,600 (our most ever!) people back to campus for Alumni Weekend, saw alumni and parent volunteers increase by 19%, increased overall alumni engagement to 57%, and raised over $20 million in new gifts and commitments for the third straight year.
While we are proud of this momentum, we are equally proud of what we have co-innovated with you. Because of you, we are making Dickinson possible for more students through the Campaign for Scholarships, moving forward with exciting projects to connect generations of Dickinsonians like the John M. Paz ’78 Alumni & Family Center, and enhancing the student experience through programs like Dialogues Across Differences, data analytics and the Dickinson Park Athletics Training Center. We look forward to deepening your engagement by bringing more alumni and parents into the classroom and strengthening the Dickinson network.
